With the cooler fall temperatures and the holidays fast approaching we need to be thinking of pies, apple, pumpkin, cherry and pecan. With a hands on approach learn the simple secrets of pie making and be ready for the Holidays. Bring rolling pin, apron and a pie filling. Cost $39.
Greek Nite Out-Nov. 10th. 6-9 pm
Learn to make delicious and authentic Greek foods in step-by-step recipes and techniques. Take the mystery out of Greek cooking and bring these traditional dishes to your table. Learn how to stuff adn fold grape leaves, Baklava, Spanakopitaand other greek recipes. Oupa! Taught by Keith Johnson. Cost $49.
Salsa Made Simple-Nov. 12th. 6 pm
Salsa means "sauce'both in Italian and Spanish, but we usually think of the tomato-and chile-based type. Explore how to make fresh, nutritious salsa. It is a great way to spice up meals and add zest to party dishes. 3 different salsa will be taught. Taught by Mendez Garcia. Cost $39.
Make Traditional Italian Cookies-Nov. 16 1-3 pm.
Beautiful Italian cookies and biscotti an be yours without a trip to the bakery. Grace Coppola Fisk will teach and guide you though the world of pastries and cookies. Perfect time wigh the holidays so close. Bring an apron, rolling pin, and a small cutting knife. Cost $39.
